Region 17 CE Classroom Membership Information

Membership in our Google Classroom is limited to current AGD Region 17 members as of January 2025. Classroom roster maintenance is performed regularly to reflect current membership rosters from national AGD. Classroom invitations are sent to the email address registered with national AGD.

If you use a  different email address for Google Classroom, please complete the Link AGD and Google Classroom Email Addresses Form. It will associate that email address with your AGD Number in the Classroom, ensuring it is invited to the Classroom and preventing it from being removed as an unknown email address during roster maintenance.

Classroom membership is automatically extended to active members only, but other membership categories (associate, retired, emeritus, etc.) are also welcome to join if they wish! Non-active members can complete the Opt In Form to receive an invitation to the Classroom.

If you do not wish to participate in the Classroom, complete the Opt Out Form, which will remove you from the Classroom and prevent future invitations from being sent during roster maintenance. This option is reversible at any time by completing Opt In Form.

Each member may only have one email address in the Classroom at a time. If you change your email address (either with AGD or by associating a different address with the Classroom here), your old email address will be removed from the Classroom. Multiple members may share email addresses, and one member changing to another address will not affect the Classroom membership of other members still using the old address.
